Blue Cross Blue Shield is one of the the largest insurance carriers in the area and thus we are excited to announce that we are in-network providers for all of their plans.

We accept all commercial insurance plans, but are out-of-network providers for plans outside of blue cross blue shield.

Insurance does not cover cosmetic surgery (breast lift, tummy tucks). However, there are many medical problems that I do treat, such as:

  • Skin cancers or abnormal moles or lumps
  • Large breasts (breast reduction)**
  • Breast cancer reconstruction
  • Deviated septum/ nasal obstruction
  • Sleep apnea
  • Migraines**
  • Cleft lip and palate
  • Lipomas
  • Broken bones of the face

This is by no means an exhaustive list, but highlights some of the more common conditions that Dr. Gandolfi treats.

**These conditions are complex and not all are covered by insurance. An evaluation will be necessary for Dr. Gandolfi to determine whether you are a candidate for treatment.

Cosmetic Financing

We understand these procedures can be costly and therefore we partner with financing companies that will allow you to make payments over time. We also accept cash and all major credit cards.

Insurance

Our office accepts all commercial insurances. However, in many circumstances, Dr. Gandolfi is considered an “out of network” physician. Insurance is a complex field and our office will work with you to help you understand the out of pocket costs associated with your care. 

We accept Medicare.
