One of the most common effects of the aging process is an increase in skin laxity. As your skin loses some of its natural elasticity, you may notice sagging, jowling, and a general loss of tightness. Forma is a safe, non-surgical treatment that can remodel and re-tighten the skin, rejuvenating your appearance. Dr. Brad Gandolfi is a double board-certified plastic surgeon offering Forma treatments for skin and tissue remodeling.

Forma is the ONLY procedure that has no pain at all. In fact, Forma feels like a hot stone massage, relaxing and comfortable. It has gained popularity among celebrities for its immediate results and is often called a “Red Carpet Facial.”

How Does Forma Work?

Forma is administered via a non-invasive radiofrequency device, meaning there is no need for anesthesia, incisions, or downtime. Radiofrequency energy is emitted in a controlled and targeted way, heating dermal tissue just enough to boost collagen production and tighten the skin without risking any damage to surrounding tissues. The added heat can also stimulate blood flow, which improves the overall health of your skin.

Conditions Treated

Forma can be used to treat laxity and sagging almost anywhere in the body, including:

  • Under eye
  • Face
  • Neck
  • Chest
  • Arms
  • Hands

Our Process

Your journey will begin with a consultation with Dr. Gandolfi. During this consultation, Dr. Gandolfi will assess your skin, listen to your aesthetic concerns, and verify that you are a good candidate for Forma.

Forma is administered with a handheld applicator, or wand, and does not require any incisions. The applicator has auto-adjust technology to prevent overheating, and most patients consider it comfortable. Many liken it to the sensation of getting a hot stone massage.

While you may have some redness following treatment, this redness usually subsides within just a few hours.
